Legislator available in Yakima Thursday

Rep. Judy Warnick, whose district includes northeast Yakima County, will be traveling to Yakima on Thursday, Oct. 15, to meet with constituents.

Citizens can stop by any time between 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Columbia Basin Railroad Office Building, located at 111 South 33rd Street. No RSVP is necessary.

"I'm already working on legislation for the upcoming 2010 session in Olympia," Warnick said. "It's important to me that I hear from constituents how they would like the state to address current issues."

This is the last chance for Yakima residents to meet with Warnick in Yakima this year before the legislative session begins in January.

Citizens can also contact Warnick through the toll-free Legislative Hotline in Olympia at 1-800-562-6000, or through her Web site at: www.houserepublicans.wa.gov/Warnick.
