Thank you for trusting me to serve as part of your 10th District
legislative team. I enjoyed meeting with constituents around the
district during the 2009 and will look forward to meeting with folks
during the interim.
I will remain committed to finding positive solutions to the most pressing
issues we face in the 10th District and in our state.
The $9 billion budget deficit was
partially solved this year, but we still have hard choices ahead.
I believe government must ensure that the most important
priorities, services and projects receive our attention first in the
budget and, at the same
time, lives within its means. We face incredible opportunities for
improving government accountability and performance, and working
alongside my colleagues I know we can tackle even the most daunting
challenges.
