PERSONAL:
Joyce was born and raised in Scotland and immigrated to the United
States in 1973. She is a passionate naturalized American and
demonstrates a great love of country in every challenge she
undertakes. Joyce and her husband Gary have been married for 35
years. They have four grown children and nine grandchildren who all
live in the Puyallup area. Gary spent 23 years as a law enforcement
officer and now serves with the State Attorney General's Office
investigating crimes against vulnerable adults. |
