Hinkle and Warnick
available in Cle Elum, Ellensburg to talk about state issues
Kittitas County residents encouraged to
stop by for a chat
Residents of Kittitas County
who wish to meet with their state legislators can visit Thursday, Oct. 8
for Kittitas County district office hours. Reps.
Bill Hinkle, R-Cle Elum, and
Judy
Warnick, R-Moses Lake, will be available to talk with
constituents.
"I've met with a lot of folks since session ended,"
Hinkle said. "It's been great to hear what's on
people's minds. Health care reform, property taxes, public safety,
the state budget -- these are all issues that are important to our
future, issues that our citizens care a great deal about."
"The Legislature is starting some planning for the 2010
session, and nothing is more important to forming my agenda than
speaking with constituents," Warnick said. "I hope
people will stop by and talk with me about how they would like to see
the state answer our current challenges."
Hinkle and Warnick will be at the Cottage Cafe in Cle Elum from 10 a.m. to noon.
The restaurant is located at 911 East First Street. Citizens can also
join her at the Kittitas County Courthouse auditorium in Ellensburg, 205
West 5th Avenue, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
