Hinkle and Warnick to hold office hours in Yakima
District Office Days to be held through the rest of
the year
Reps. Bill Hinkle,
R-Cle Elum, and
Judy Warnick,
R-Moses Lake,
will be available to visit with residents of Yakima County next
week.
The 13th District
legislators will be available
to meet Thursday, April 17, from 9 to 11:30 a.m. at the
Columbia Basin Railroad Office Building at 111 South 33rd Street in Yakima. No
appointment is necessary.
"It's important that we
stay connected with residents around the district," Hinkle said. "Our
constituents help us make informed decisions and educate us on what is
important in our communities.
I look forward to answering their questions and listening to their ideas."
"In just 60 days in
Olympia, we saw about 2,000 measures proposed," Warnick said. "Some of
what we accomplished were great successes, others were great
disappointments. We'll be updating constituents on what happened this
session."
District Office Day is
held twice a month in the 13th District -- every second Thursday of the
month in Kittitas County, and every third Thursday in Yakima County.
Hinkle is also available
through his district office at 2211 W. Dolarway Road, Suite 6, in
Ellensburg. His office number is (509) 933-1238.
Warnick's district office is located
at 326 S. Cedar Street (across from McCosh Park) in Moses Lake. Her office
number is (509) 766-6505.
Both legislators may also be contacted through the toll-free Legislative Hotline
in Olympia at 1-800-562-6000.
