House Republicans to travel state on listening tour

House Republicans will be traveling around the state on a listening tour beginning Thursday, October 6, in Renton. The six town hall style meetings will not have any formal format and will instead focus on the public’s concerns and ideas.

“This listening tour is exactly that – listening to and reaching out to people. We’re looking forward to hearing from people from all parts of the state,” said House Republican Leader Richard DeBolt, R-Chehalis. “So often we have people come visit us in district or in Olympia during session. This is a way to reciprocate those efforts and meet with people in their own areas.”
