Bailey to hold tele-town hall meeting Monday, Feb. 25
Residents can participate from the comfort of their own homes

State Rep. Barbara Bailey is inviting 10th District residents to participate in a tele-town hall meeting Monday, Feb. 25. The event offers citizens an opportunity to call in, toll free, at 1-866-447-5149 (enter PIN 13521) from 7:15 to 8:15 p.m.

“We all lead very busy lives and it may be hard for some people to leave their homes to attend a traditional town hall meeting,” said Bailey, R-Oak Harbor. “This alternative is hopefully more convenient for people, and I hope they feel comfortable participating from the comfort of their own homes.”

Bailey is utilizing new software that allows her to listen to constituents, answer their questions and discuss issues. Residents can listen in live, ask questions, take part in polls, and participate as long as they want to stay connected.

Bailey encourages citizens to contact her if they have any questions. She can be contacted at (360) 786-7914 or bailey.barbara@leg.wa.gov.
