'Representative of the Year' by Skagit GOP
Skagit
County Republicans honor Bailey with award
Rep.
Barbara Bailey, R-Oak Harbor, was recently honored by the Skagit
County Republican Party who named the 10th District lawmaker as
"Representative of the Year." Bailey (left) was presented the
award by Skagit County Republican Chair Ann Marie Humphreys. It reads,
"Presented to Representative of the Year Barbara Bailey. In
appreciation for your years of dedication to the citizens of Skagit
County and to the Skagit County Republican Party."
