Reps.
Barbara Bailey, Chris Strow honor Oak Harbor Wildcats Teams
The Oak Harbor Wildcats
football team was honored Wednesday by lawmakers in the House of
Representatives with a
resolution offered by
Rep. Barbara Bailey,
R-Oak Harbor, and Rep. Chris Strow,
R-Freeland. The team won the Class 4A football playoffs in December,
becoming the state champions.
The football team was also
accompanied to Olympia by the Oak Harbor Wildcats cheerleader team which
won a national competition last spring. Pictured below in the House
chamber are both teams, along with Rep. Strow (standing second row,
bottom left-hand corner) and Rep. Bailey (standing behind Rep. Strow).
