Biography
Glenn has served as a representative in
the Washington State Legislature since 2000. He and his wife,
Elisabeth, have lived in Puget Sound since 1988 and make their home
near Fall City.
Glenn holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of
Alabama, with a minor in political science and a concentration in
international trade economics and community development. He is a
business management consultant with more than 20 years experience in
corporate finance and marketing. He is the former Director of
Business Development for Bellevue Community College.
He is active in Encompass (formally Children’s Services of
Snoqualmie Valley), Washington National Parks Fund and several
chambers of commerce and rotary clubs in the area. Along with his
committee assignments in the House, Glenn recently served as
president of the Pacific Northwest Economic Region which is a
commonwealth of the five northwestern states and three Canadian
Provinces and is the tenth largest economy in the world. Glenn is an
avid historian and enjoys archaeology, astronomy, earth sciences and
soccer. |
