legislation. |

The 2010 legislative session is slated
to begin Jan. 11, 2009. As your legislator, I will continue to work to
solve the challenges we face while maintaining my focus on three key objectives
that I believe will restore the public’s
trust in government:
- Manage tax dollars in a responsible
manner to make sure that government lives within its means;
- Maintain the integrity of state
agencies through accountability and taxpayer protection; and,
- Create a world-class education
system.
If we keep our sights set on these goals,
we can prove to be an effective instrument for citizens -- many of whom
have lost confidence in government’s ability to address critical issues
facing families and employers.
I am pleased you’ve had a chance to visit this website. I hope you find
this information useful and that it encourages you to communicate with
me on your priorities and any concerns you have about how your
government is working for you.
