Young spokespeople share the trademark of 10th Legislative District

Tulip ambassadors Veronica Pratt and Christian Lathrom joined their Reps. Norma Smith and Barbara Bailey in Olympia March 13. Skagit County is known for its annual Tulip Festival and local attractions throughout the year.
