Rep. Bill Hinkle speaks on
the floor of the Washington House of Representatives. |

I am working cooperatively on issues
facing Central Washington, like children and family issues, jobs,
transportation, education, taxes and health care. We need responsible
solutions to these problems in order to preserve the quality of life in
our part of the state.
I also want to restore the loss of public trust in state government
through responsible budgeting, decision accountability, cutting
unnecessary red tape, streamlining permitting processes, making state
agencies accountable, and encouraging market-based, common sense
environmental policies.
Two-way communication is essential to increasing citizens’ confidence in
government and elected officials. As a pioneer provider of Internet
service to upper Kittitas County, I understand the way e-mail and the
Internet have increased public access to government. I encourage you to
visit these pages regularly, and use e-mail to contact me – they are
low-cost and direct.
Please sign up for my e-newsletter (link is on the left) so I can keep
you informed about what’s happening at the Capitol. Use the "Contact"
link above to reach my office or send me an e-mail. I am always happy to
hear from you.Bill Hinkle
