. . . for Washington

Read our BEST news release

Republicans believe in common sense ideas that serve the needs of families and communities. We envision a government that belongs to the citizens and serves under their authority to meet the collective good where no other solutions exist.

We reject the approach to Democrat governing that assumes the best answer to every problem is a government program. Republicans understand that every dollar government spends came from someone who earned it.

Good government should always resist the inclination to assume power and interfere in the lives of those who simply want to earn a living, own a home and raise their families. Our state government can cultivate opportunity without interfering unnecessarily in the day-to-day endeavors of free people.

Republicans will meet those needs of citizens in the most efficient and least intrusive manner, we will resolve to take care of our most vulnerable, and we will work to protect the freedom of those we serve.
